The SHIELD kick-off meeting will be held at the coordinating institution University of Gothenburg, Sweden, on 2-3 October 2025. Representatives of the beneficiaries and associated partners will discuss several aspects concerning the implementation of the project. 

During the event, several sessions will cover research activities, training programme, dissemination and outreach activities, management and financial issues. with a special focus on the recruitment of PhD students according to the European procedure foreseen in this type of project.
